New Feature of MenaPay: “Social Store”

We added a new feature to MenaPay SuperApp. By using the “Social Store” feature on the MenaPay SuperApp, users can get support from their followers with one click by adding their social media channels and offering services. Channel owners can also activate the ‘Send Message’ option to get messages from followers.

So, how can you add your channels and services, or support the channels that you love using the MenaPay SuperApp?

How to create a channel?

  1. Log in to the MenaPay app.
  2. Click on the “Social Store” button on the main page.
  • Click the “Add a new channel” button at the bottom of the screen.
  • On the next page, enter your social media channels and channel names you want to add.
  • If your username is the same on all social media channels, and if you want to add them all, you can click the “Select all” button.
  • After selecting the social media channels and typing the channel names, click on the “Proceed” button.
  • After proceeding, you will see the channels you added on this screen.
  • Then click on the “Add a new service” button to add service.
  • After clicking, follow the next steps:
  • Enter a name for your service you want to sell
  • Enter the price of your service.
  • Write a description for your service.
  • If you want to receive messages from your followers that support you, Click the yes button for the question: “Do you want to receive messages from your followers who will pay you?” and write a description. If you don’t want to receive a message, click the no button.
  • Save the information you gave. Your channel details will be displayed on the next screen.
  • Click on the “Approve and Open Your Social Store” button to create your channel.
  • Since this is the first time you opened a social store in MenaPay, you need to do the following steps to confirm your channel within 24 hours. When you add another social media platform again later, you will not be asked to do these steps again.
  • Follow one of our Instagram (@menapay) or Twitter (@menapay.io) accounts.
  • Send a message saying “Hello” to our account you follow.
  • Your channel will be approved by us within 24 hours
  • You can edit or delete the content of the channels you add whenever you want.

How to support channels?

  • Log in to MenaPay.
  • Click on the “Social Store” button on the main page.
  • After clicking the social store button, you can view all the channels on MenaPay. You can also find channels by typing its name in the “search” tab.
  • Click on the channel you want to support.
  • On this page, the services of the channel owner and the amount of MenaCash for each service are displayed.
  • Click on the service you want to support the channel owner and click the ‘Proceed’ button.
  • On the next page, write your name and description and click the ‘Proceed’ button again.
  • After proceeding, your transaction summary will be displayed. If you confirm the details, click the ‘Confirm’ button.
  • Your transaction will be completed within seconds.
